Four Counties for Tobacco Control is a partnership of Cedar, Iowa, Johnson, and Washington Counties. Funded by the Master Settlement Agreement through the Iowa Department of Public Health Tobacco Use Prevention and Control, the partnership works to reduce tobacco use and raise awareness in the four counties.
